o A gross salary between 2400 and 3200 euros gross: depending on your experience. Supplemented with a net expense allowance of 75 euros per month.
o A variable salary based on your achievements. That means you partly determine your own salary. Your great achievements result in a nice extra amount per month.
o Meal vouchers worth 8 euros per day, eco vouchers, a smartphone budget and laptop or tablet.
o After 1 year, a hospitalization insurance is added on top.
o 12 ADV days in addition to your 20 statutory vacation days.
o Thanks to a flex plan, you can indicate what is most important to you: extra vacation days, a bike, pension savings? You choose.

We are looking for consultants with international vibes
At Accent, we are looking for recruiters who are the support and cornerstone for our Polish or Romanian candidates. Precisely because you speak their language and perfectly understand their world, you can offer them opportunities that surprise them. But you are not only the key figure for candidates; companies also rely on your expertise and drive. Because you find the candidates with the right profile for their jobs.
Matching companies and candidates is where you need your sales skills. Because you see solutions others may not have seen yet. You convince companies of how far we go for our candidates and for our vacancies.
What do you do as a Recruiter Foreign Community?
• You build a network of international candidates and companies in your region.
• You learn the story of your candidates and translate this into a strong presentation for companies.
• You guide them through the application process and help them find their way in the labor market.
• For specific vacancies, you actively search for candidates via databases, social media, and job boards.
• You help companies find international candidates and provide advice on attracting and integrating diverse talent.
• You pitch candidates convincingly to companies and help them see the match.

• You speak fluent Polish or Romanian to connect with your candidates and at the same time speak good Dutch and French for smooth collaboration with your colleagues.
