You apply online for one of our vacancies. All we ask of you at this stage is your name or initials and your contact details. No CV, no cover letter.

Immediately after your application, you will receive an email with a link to an objective test that will determine whether your personal values match the values that are important to us as an organisation.

During that first meeting, you will immediately be told what you can expect from us in terms of job content and salary. We feel it is important to set the right expectations from the outset. Again, the final decision rests largely with you. Our flexible plan allows you to decide what is important to you within your remuneration package. A company car, extra leave days or maybe an electric cargo bike? The choice is yours.
