An initial telephone call
Shortly after your application, you will be contacted by the relevant Talent Acquisition Partner for the region in question. We’d like to find out whether you are a match based on skills and competences related to the job. It’s up to you to convince us.

Testing
STEP 3
Prior to the personal interview, we would like to get to know you based on a number of scientific insights. It’s nothing to worry about. These tests ask about your work motivation, professional values and personality.
Making sure we are on the same page
STEP 4
During that first meeting, you will immediately be told what you can expect from us in terms of job content and salary. We feel it is important to set the right expectations from the outset. Again, the final decision rests largely with you. Our flexible plan allows you to decide what is important to you within your remuneration package. A company car, extra leave days or maybe an electric cargo bike? The choice is yours.
