First phone call

After your application, one of our Talent Acquisition Partners will give you a call. Together, we’ll check if your skills and ambitions match the job. You talk, we listen.

A few quick tests

Before you come in, we’d like to get to know you a little better. That’s why we use a few short tests around motivation, values and personality. No stress, there are no wrong answers. It’s all about who you are.

Getting on the same page

In a first interview, you’ll immediately discover what to expect: job content and salary. We think it’s important to be clear from the start, so you know exactly what’s ahead. You’ll also have a say in your salary package thanks to our flex plan. Extra holidays, an e-bike, or a company car? You choose what suits you.

Try out the job yourself

Is there a match? Great! You get to spend a day trying out your future job. You join your colleagues and see how it really works. That way, you know exactly what you’re signing up for – and we know we’ve made the right match. Win-win!

If after the first contact we see that your skills or values don’t fully align with ours, we’ll be honest about it. But you’ll always get personal feedback plus tips you can use right away for your next application. And thanks to our big branch network, we’ll gladly help you find a job that truly fits you.
