That’s the amount we were able to donate this year to the Kinderkankerfonds (Children’s Cancer Fund). It’s the result of something we’re incredibly proud of at Accent: the engagement of more than 1,000 colleagues in 2025.
No big campaigns. No obligations. Just hundreds of small actions by colleagues who chose to go that extra mile.
Every small action counts
This amount didn’t come out of nowhere. Quite the opposite. It grew, euro by euro, thanks to colleagues who:
- shared their voice through our surveys;
- kept growing by following e-learnings;
- took part in wellbeing initiatives;
- and even used their voice quite literally – with a live performance at our summer seminar (yes, decibel meter included 😉).
For every action, €1 was donated to the cause. That’s how everyone contributed, simply by taking part.
It all starts with the right mindset
At Accent, engagement isn’t just a promise. It’s in the little things. In showing up. In taking responsibility. In building something bigger together.
The drive to contribute to a future where children with cancer are better supported. Where there is an ongoing commitment to research into new treatments. Where the quality of life of every child and their family is a priority. The energy to make an impact together.
And we keep going
In 2026, we continue to build on that same engagement. This year, our colleagues chose a new cause themselves: the Berrefonds.
The Berrefonds is a warm and accessible organisation that supports families who have lost a child. Among other things, through their well-known memory boxes: tangible keepsakes that become invaluable during the most difficult moments. A choice that once again reflects what we stand for: humanity, connection and care for one another.
